  • Render (Render Services Inc., USA): For website hosting.
  • Web3Forms (USA): For processing contact forms and complaints book submissions. Only receives the data you enter in the form and forwards it to our email.
  • MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland/Lithuania): For newsletter subscriber management. Stores your email address and manages email campaigns. MailerLite is GDPR compliant.
  • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, USA): For anti-spam protection on forms. Collects anonymous interaction data to verify the user is human.

6. Your Rights

Under Peru's Law 29733, you have the right to:

  • Access: Know what personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Cancellation: Request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
  • Opposition: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

To exercise these rights, email ventas@aypdigital.com with subject "Data Rights." We will respond within 10 business days.

7. Cookies

  • Google Analytics (_ga, _gid): Analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the site. Duration: 2 years / 24 hours.
  • hCaptcha: Temporary cookies used to verify the user is human when submitting forms. Does not track browsing activity.
  • Functional cookies: Required for proper site operation (language preferences, session).
